The company has completed its brand transformation in the first half of 2016 after acquiring one of the biggest companies in Call Center Industry in 2013, Callus. In the second half of 2016, Comdata has acquired Win Bilgi Communication Services, another leading company in the sector. After the acquisition, the company now offers integrated solutions to its partners, become stronger at finance services and has become the third biggest company in the industry.
